Enquiry and uploaded file handling
Before submission, product lines, specifications, quantities and units are stored on this browser until you clear the draft or submit successfully. Contact and requirement fields are temporarily kept for the current browser session. Drafts are not sent to Mechivon until you submit. Files are not stored in the browser draft; after leaving the form you must select them again. Use “Clear enquiry draft” on shared devices.
When you submit an enquiry, the site stores the details and any attached file so Mechivon can review the quotation request. Files are stored in private object storage and are not exposed as public links.
The enquiry is used for sourcing coordination and supplier quotation checks. Before forwarding an uploaded file, Luo Yong confirms the sharing scope with you in writing. Only relevant suppliers will receive the agreed information; NDA requests must be resolved before sharing. Private download links use an access code: only share that code with authorised people. Include only information you are authorized to share. A submitted drawing is for quotation review; manufacture must follow the customer-approved drawing.
On successful submission, keep the reference number and private access code. The code lets you view or delete the attached file. If you lose the access code or need the enquiry record removed, email luoyong@mechivon.com with the reference number.
Download access expires 90 days after submission. Expired files are removed during automatic cleanup when new enquiries are received, or when an expired download is requested. You can delete your attachment earlier using its access code. Enquiry records remain available for follow-up; request record deletion by email with your reference.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor numbers, page views, traffic sources and time spent engaging with our public pages. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity receives interaction and device data; enquiry form content is masked, and recording stops when an enquiry is submitted. Pages with query strings are excluded from Clarity recording. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings”. Declining analytics does not prevent enquiries.
We exclude management pages, private attachments and submitted enquiry details from analytics. Page addresses sent to Google omit query strings and fragments. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Analytics reports reflect consenting visitors and may not include visits blocked by browser privacy settings.
